BorderlessTek Apprenticeship is a platform that helps you find, prepare for, and apply to UK apprenticeship vacancies. We pull live listings from the UK Government's Find an Apprenticeship service and add AI-powered tools to help you build a strong CV, write tailored cover letters, and assess how well you match each role.

No — anyone can browse and search apprenticeship listings without creating an account. You only need to sign up to use the AI tools (CV generation, cover letters, Quick Match) or to save your profile and track your matches.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, which aligns with the minimum age for UK apprenticeships.

After registering, we send an activation email to the address you provided. Click the link in that email to activate your account. The link is valid for 24 hours. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@borderlesstek.com.

Tokens are the currency you use to access AI-powered features on the platform. Each time you generate a CV, write a cover letter, run a Quick Match, or import a LinkedIn PDF, a small number of tokens is deducted from your balance. You can see exactly how many tokens each action costs before you use it.

You receive a welcome bonus of free tokens when you activate your account. Additional tokens can be purchased from your profile page — choose a pack, pay securely via Stripe, and the tokens are added to your account instantly.

Token packs and their prices are displayed on your profile page under the Tokens section. Prices may be updated from time to time — the price shown at checkout is the one you pay.

Tokens that have already been used cannot be refunded. If you have unused tokens and believe a refund is warranted, contact us at hello@borderlesstek.com and we'll consider it on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. BorderlessTek never sees or stores your card details — only your token balance and transaction history are held on our systems.

The CV Builder takes the information in your profile (experience, education, skills, achievements) and uses AI to produce a professional, well-structured CV tailored for apprenticeship applications. You can customise the output and download it as a formatted document.

Quick Match analyses your profile against a specific apprenticeship listing and gives you a match score out of 100, plus a breakdown of your strengths and any gaps to address before applying. It's a fast way to prioritise which roles to pursue.

Yes. From your profile page you can upload a PDF (such as your LinkedIn profile export or an existing CV) and the platform will read it and automatically populate your profile fields — saving you from typing everything in manually.

The AI generates content based on what you've entered in your profile and the listing details. It's designed to be a strong starting point, but you should always review and personalise the output before submitting it in an application. Never submit AI-generated content without reading it first.

All listings are sourced from the UK Government's official Find an Apprenticeship service and are updated regularly. We don't add or edit the listing content — it comes directly from the employers who posted them.

If a listing you matched with has passed its closing date, it remains visible in your My Matches view with an "Expired" label so you don't lose track of it. Expired listings are not shown in regular search results.

Click Apply on Gov.uk on any listing to go directly to the official application page. Applications are submitted through the UK Government's Find an Apprenticeship service — BorderlessTek does not process applications directly.

My Matches is a personalised view that shows all the apprenticeship listings you've run a Quick Match on, sorted by your match score. It's accessible from the listings page when you're signed in and lets you quickly revisit the roles you're best suited for.

We store the information you enter in your profile (name, contact details, experience, education, skills, etc.), your token balance and transaction history, and basic usage data such as when you last logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. Email us at hello@borderlesstek.com with a request to delete your account and we will remove your personal data within 30 days, in line with your UK GDPR rights.

Go to the Sign In page and click Forgot password?. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. The link is valid for 1 hour.
